Mr Tarbey brings over 45 years of experience in real estate and property management and in-depth understanding of leasing, having started his career as a property manager. In 2011, Charles purchased one of Australia's largest property management groups, Wentworth Holdings and assumed control of nearly 8,000 residential, commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Tarbey is the owner of the master franchises for Century 21 Australia, Century 21 New Zealand and Century 21 Papua New Guinea.

Mr. Manson is the founder and CEO of Property Connect and Chairman of the Real Estate Sector of Founders Network. Prior to this he was Managing Director of The Manson Group for 8 years, a Sydney based Real Estate Development Company. He holds a Diploma in Financial Markets, Diploma in Building Studies and Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Real Estate.
Mr Nolan is a commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising listed companies. Mr Nolan was previously a partner at a number of leading Sydney law firms and a senior adviser at the London Stock Exchange. Mr Nolan has valuable relationships in the advisory and regulatory community and brings a depth of transactional and corporate governance expertise.
He is currently Chairman of Camilla Australia and was previously Chairman of Hastings Technology Metals Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Apollo Minerals Limited and the Ian Thorpe Fountain for Youth (charity). David holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from Bond University, Queensland.
Over 20 years' experience working with start-up and blue-chip technology companies spanning Australia, Europe, US and Asia. Experience included telecoms, IT, digital media and venture capital as a leading senior executive. Recently, CEO and Co-Founder of Australia's only regulated property investment platform BrickX and is an Executive director of Blaze International (ASX:BLZ). Holds and MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Directors.
Mike Langoulant is a chartered accountant with 30 years' experience with a focus on equity and debt fund raising, major transactions & corporate administration. He holds numerous directorships across the ASX, TSX and AIM.
General Counsel & VP Operations
Samuel has 7 years of legal work experience, working as an attorney at Google Inc., as a real estate associate at Atkinson Andelson Loya Ruud & Romo and with various law firms in complex litigation practices. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Pomona College. Samuel has also worked in various production and operations capacities at Yahoo! and Catcha Group.
SVP Business Development
William holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from St. Leo University. He has 23 years of work experience, working as a CEO, Senior Vice President, and SVP of Business Development for several firms within the multifamily industry. William was a pioneer in the Resident Communications industry, bringing to market several advanced publishing systems. William’s innovative thinking and unparalleled relationship building has made William one of the most respected vendors in the multifamily, student housing, and senior living industries.
Bill Nye is a charismatic, results-oriented public speaker, trainer and business consultant. Bill is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Berger Rental Communities. Bill has worked as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, Area Manager and President of three major management companies. He contributes to several industry newsletters, serves as a CAM and CAPS instructor for several Apartment Associations throughout the Southeast and is a frequent dinner meeting speaker and seminar facilitator. Bill is one of the brightest new stars on the multi-housing speaking circuit!
As Area Vice President for Salesforce based out of Sydney - managing the commercial sales business for Australia and New Zealand, Tom has extensive direct sales and leadership experience. He has also gained international experience during my spent time in Singapore, including channel experience through focusing on scaling the commercial sales business across the multiple countries that exist within APAC.
James is President of Brigade.com. He's been published in a number of leading journals, writing on the intersection of media, law and technology. In a former life, he worked as a corporate lawyer and in international development for the World Trade Organization in Switzerland. In 2010 he co-wrote the World Trade Report, the WTO's flagship publication. James graduated from Georgetown, and also holds degrees in arts and law from the University of Sydney.
Steve currently serves as an executive producer of property marketing conference group, Joshua Tree. Steve produces some of the larger conferences in the multifamily industry including The Apartment Internet Marketing (AIM) Conference, the Multifamily Technology & Entrepreneurship Conference (MTEC), and the Maximize: Multifamily Asset Management Conference. Additionally, Steve has spent the previous 9 years as a partner of realty consulting firm RealtyCom Partners.
